How to treat a yeast infection in the belly button?

My friend has a yeast infection in her belly button and no insurance, so no doctor. So, is there any way to treat it and clear it up using over the counter things?
She has been getting them since she was a teen (then she could go see a doctor though). Not overweight and not a hygeine problem either. It's only ever there too, never goes anywhere else on her.
