Apple cider vinegar can burn if used full strength on vaginal yeast infections so you will want to dilute with water. U can also use plain yogurt & fresh garlic pods for vaginal yeast infection.

Plain yogurt inserted into the vagina will get rid of a yeast infection. Do it in the evening and wear a pad. Eating yogurt and taking an acidophilus supplement will also help to prevent recurrance. Believe it or not you can use garlic to get rid of your yeast infection, too. Take a clove of garlic (one of the pieces off a head of garlic), peel it, cut a slit in it, then insert into the vagina. Replace several times a day for a few days. You should see your syptoms disappear.

Well…you would have to eat a TON of yogurt for it to affect vaginal yeast. Yogurt helps the gut mostly. You would be sick if you ate enough yogurt. But it might help a small. What is simpler than eating pounds of yogurt is taking probiotics.

But who wants to wait so long for that to work? I reckon Id just pick up some Monistat, but thats just my personal preference.

Ive also heard that using PLAIN natural yogurt also works.. just apply some with an applicator… it has live bacteria and it will eat the yeast bacteria…

cheaper than buying yeast infection creme I suppose but I’ve never tried this myself But I have heard from ahealth educator that this yogurt method works.

I’ve heard applying natural yogurt to the area works because of the healthy bacteria and cultures. Sounds weird, but I’m pretty certain it works.

live natural yoghurt will help to soothe the itching and discomfort but you really need an over the counter treatment to get rid of it completely. You don’t need to see a doc to get these treatments and it will certainly give better relief than trying to cure it yourself.
