Author provides a simple step-by-step plot for getting rid of yeast infections. I tried the 12 hour relief for my particular problem and I got nearly instant relief. The permanent cure process takes longer. I followed the plot exactly as it was described and I haven’t had a yeast infection since. I was getting one at least once a month. I highly recommend this book.

The book is overpriced for what information it offers.
The author uses one approach to all problems on about 12 pages.
The rest of the book names a number of drugs with side effects
which she obviously copied from professional sources.
A blog would have been the right approach.
