acidophilus (spelling might be incorrect) it’s really a bacteria that helps to replenish your normal flora so it can fight the yeast infection. Cranberry Juice helps, just because it helps to make the area a deadly pH for yeast… but there’s aways vagisil to help with the itching and burning while you wait… but the natural way will take longer than the MD way and it’s not always guaranteed to work the first time… the key is prevention.
oral fluconazole is very effective but you must have a prescription, all otc products are about equivalent and are very effective if you complete the entire course of therapy, 3 day ones are usually the best for patient compliance

Plain yogurt- my midwife suggested it . In the meantime vinegar will kill the itching.
